Step 1 — Open the Circadia Intelligence Platform
Go to https://cip.circadia.link/ in your browser, or open the Circadia CIP app on your phone, tablet, or desktop. Select Login.
Step 2 — Choose “Sign in with PointClickCare”
Select the Sign in with PointClickCare button.
Step 3 — Enter Your PCC Credentials
Log in with the same username and password you normally use for PCC.
Alternatively, Click Sign in with SSO and enter your organization name if your facility uses PCC SSO.
Step 4 — First-Time User Setup
If this is your first time logging in with PCC, you’ll be prompted to enter your name, email, phone number, role/position, and facility name.
Once submitted, your facility access is automatically created.
Step 5 — Start Using CIP
After setup (for first-time users) or immediately (for returning users), you’ll be able to access your facility in the Circadia Intelligence Platform.
