✅ Incorrect Alerts from Different Floors/Stations
In the upper-left corner, select the hamburger menu.
Tap Floor Selection.
Toggle floors on or off as needed. (Floors highlighted in dark blue are enabled.)
✅ Recent Notifications Not Showing on Dashboard
Reset the tablet: press the power button + both volume buttons simultaneously.
Tap the Dashboard to refresh notifications.
✅ Escalation Reports from Previous Day Not Found
Go to the Clinical tab to access past alerts.
The tablet stores escalation reports from the past two weeks up to the present day.
2. Tablet Visibility & Power
🛑 Issue: Black Screen at Nurse Station
✔ Solution:
Confirm the tablet is powered on and plugged in.
If the issue persists, escalate to [email protected].
3. Wi-Fi Connectivity
🌐 Issue: Wi-Fi Inconsistencies
✔ Solution:
1. From the bottom of the tablet, swipe up until the square home button appears.
2. Open ManageEngine MDM: press the home button five times quickly.
If the Circadia app reopens automatically, repeat until ManageEngine MDM appears.
3. Reconnect to Wi-Fi:
In MDM, select Wi-Fi.
4. Performance & Data Retrieval
⏳ Issue: Excessive Data Load Time (>20s)
✔ Solution:
Reset the tablet: press the power button + both volume buttons simultaneously.
