Understanding Circadia Device Lights

The Circadia remote monitoring device uses LED lights to indicate its current status. Use this guide to check device function and troubleshoot issues.

Updated over 3 months ago

The Circadia device has different LED indicators that signal its current status:

  • 🟒 Green Light – The device is connected and working properly.

  • πŸ”΅ Blue Pulsing Light – The device is in setup mode. Follow the steps in How to Resolve Circadia Device Blue Lights to correct this.

  • πŸ”΄ Red Light – The device is offline and not connected to Wi-Fi. Unplug the device, then plug it back in. Confirm Wi-Fi access if the light remains red.

  • ⚫ No Lights – The device is off. Check that the power cable is securely plugged into both the device and a working outlet. If the device appears connected in the Circadia app but shows no lights, the lights may simply be toggled off.

    • Press the small button on the back of the device once (do not press and hold). The lights should turn back on. A green light will confirm the device is connected and working properly.
