Downloading the Circadia app
First, download the Circadia app from the Google Play Store on your Android tablet. The app is called Circadia AI and displays the Circadia logo on a white background:
Assigning the correct permissions
After downloading the app, you'll see a screen with a light blue button prompting you to Launch Assistant Overlay.
After clicking this button, you'll be taken to a permissions page. Read the app permissions discloser and check the acknowledgement box at the bottom of your screen to continue.
After you click Continue, you'll be taken to your tablet Accessibility settings, where you'll need to give the Circadia app permission to enable to overlay. To do so, click on the Installed apps section of the Accessibility page, highlighted in the image below.
After selecting Installed apps, you'll see a list of apps, including Circadia AI. In the image below, the permission is set to On. If your permissions says Off, you'll need to select Circadia AI to turn on the permission.
Click the toggle in the top right to turn the permissions on. You'll see a popup asking you Allow Circadia AI to have full control of your device? To continue, select Allow.
Then, use the Back button in the Settings app or on your tablet to return to the Circadia app. Click Launch Assistant Overlay again. Now, you'll be prompted to assign permissions to allow Circadia to record audio on your tablet. Select the option While using the app.
Now that you've assigned the correct permissions to the app, you'll be prompted to sign in.
Signing in for the first time
To sign in, select the option to sign in with Microsoft, shown below.
Then, select CompassusEntraID to sign in using your compassus.com email account. You will be logged into the Circadia app automatically via Single Sign-On (SSO).
When you see the Visits page of the Circadia web app, as shown in the image below, you'll know you've signed in correctly.
Finding your clinic
When you first log into Circadia, you'll land in the Compassus Training Environment. In this environment, you can practice using the Circadia AI Scribe, but you will need to be assigned to your real branch to see your patients and start conducting visits. Please contact your administrator to let them know you have logged in successfully and need to be added to your clinic.
To switch clinics, click either of the Settings icons, located in the top right or bottom left of the page, as indicated in the image below.
From the Settings page, you will be able to select the correct branch by typing into the dropdown, as shown.
