Circadia 101 for Patients

Written by Kaitlyn Parker

Circadia 101

Between caregiver visits, we use a small sensor called the C300 to help us better understand patterns in breathing, heart rate, and sleep. This allows us to stay aware of small changes that may indicate a need for new care recommendations or additional support.

The C300 is a small health-tracking device that sits on a nightstand or coffee table. There is nothing to wear, and it is not a camera. It passively monitors patterns over time, helping us make informed adjustments to care schedules when appropriate.

By identifying changes early, we increase support when needed and help families feel confident that their loved one can remain safely at home.
